Does Long John Silver’s have a loyalty program?

Yes! The Seacret Society™ Rewards is Long John Silver’s official rewards and loyalty program. It’s free to join, just sign up on our website or on the Long John Silver’s app.

How do I log into my member account?

Remembering passwords can be daunting. That’s why we offer passwordless access to your member account. Simply log in by entering your phone number and email, and an access code will be sent to you right away. If the code was not sent to your mobile phone, please check your email account. Enter the code, and you’re in.

How do I see and redeem my offers I have received?

If you can’t see your offer in the mobile app, please log into your member account on the ljsilvers.com website. There may be a technical issue we are working on. Make sure to add the menu item from the menu either before or after adding your offer to the order, as clicking on the offer does not automatically add the menu item to your bag.

Please double-check that your offer is showing a valid date and ensure that your reward has been fully converted to an offer in your wallet. If it is not appearing under the “Offer” tab in your account settings, it may need to be further converted to be accessible for use. If you can see the unique offer code (listed in the top left corner) in your wallet, it can be applied to your order.

How do I join?

Create a free account by clicking “Sign Up” on our website or download the Long John Silver’s app (Apple and Android available) and create an account.

What do I get by being a Seacret Society™ member?

Seacret Society™ members are a part of our special crew that receive 4 coins on every $1 spent on Long John Silver’s first-party online ordering and in-store purchases at participating restaurants. Our Seacret Society™ crew also receives a special sign up offer, treats on your birthday and other surprise offers throughout the year.

How do I earn coins and other rewards?

To earn Seacret Society Reward coins, simply log into the Long John Silver’s app or visit the ljsilvers.com website and place an order online under your member account. Alternatively, you can provide your mobile phone number, which you used for signing up, to the Long John Silver’s Crew member when placing your order in-store.

How can I check my coin balance?

Log into your account online or on our app and navigate to your account settings. Under Rewards and Offers you’ll see your current coins balance as well as how many coins you need to earn to exchange for the next qualifying food item.

What can I spend my coins on?

Coins are exchanged for free food items exclusively from Long John Silver’s. Starting at 75 coins for 2 Hushpuppies, we offer a range of free food rewards up to 600 coins for a free Grilled or Variety Platter. Please note that rewards available for coins exchange are subject to change so check your Rewards and Offers overview to get the most up-to-date listing of rewards available for coins exchange.

Do my coins expire?

Yes, coins expire 1 year (365 days) after they are earned. They do not have a cash value and can only be redeemed for qualifying rewards offered by participating Long John Silver’s restaurants.

How do I exchange coins for rewards?

Log into your Seacret Society™ account online or using the Long John Silver’s app. Navigate to your Account Settings and find Rewards and Offers. Under the Rewards tab, you can click “Redeem for coins’’ on any presented Reward that you have enough active coins to purchase. Once you successfully “redeem” a Reward you will see your coins bank automatically update to deduct the value you have spent unlocking your Reward. You will then click “ Go to Wallet’’ to activate your Reward and make it eligible for use on your next Long John Silver’s order.

How do I add an Offer to my online order?

Follow the steps to buy a Reward from the Rewards section with active coins and unlock your Offer in your account wallet. Otherwise, navigate to your Offers tab under your account settings to see any special Offers you may have received for signing up for an account, your birthday or other surprise. You can click “add to order” and “proceed to checkout” to add an Offer to your cart ahead of purchase. Once the qualifying items are in your cart, you can add the Offer or Reward from your available section.

How do I use an Offer on an in-store purchase?

Follow the steps to buy a Reward from the Rewards section with active coins and unlock your Offer in your account wallet. Otherwise, navigate to your Offers tab under your account settings to see any special Offers you might have received and are active to use. Share your phone number with your cashier to look up and access your account. Share the unique 6-character Offer code on the upper lefthand corner of your Offer to redeem on your check.

What if I didn’t login before placing an order and wanted to claim my coins?

Please email rewards@ljsilvers.com with all of your order and store information as well as a copy of your receipt so our team can help you earn the coins earned from your transaction.

Do all of your restaurants participate in the Seacret Society™ program?

Not all Long John Silver’s locations participate in the Seacret Society Rewards program. Specifically, KFC and Taco Bell co-branded restaurants have their own loyalty programs, so Seacret Society coins cannot be earned or redeemed at these locations. Additionally, discounts and promotions for Long John Silver’s menu items may not apply at these co-branded restaurants. Please note that these restaurants also do not offer online ordering.

My Offer isn’t redeeming during checkout. What can I do?

Can I use more than one Reward or Offer on a single check?

No, you may only use one Reward or Offer on a single transaction. If you have more than one qualifying food item on your check that is eligible for use with the Offer, the promotion will apply to the higher priced item.

Do my Rewards or Offers expire?

Coins and Rewards earned with coins exchanged expire a year after they are earned. Offers may have their own expiration dates and can be checked under the Offers tab in the account settings.
