If you are unable to collect your order, you may speak directly with the restaurant team (use our Restaurant Locator on the website to find their phone number) or complete our online survey, which is shared with the restaurant. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the restaurant’s discretion.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Once you submit payment, we cannot change or cancel your order. Your meal begins preparation shortly after your order is confirmed, so please verify all details before finalizing payment.

What if I can’t pick up my order?

If you cannot pick up your order, you can speak with the restaurant team directly (in person or by phone) or complete our online survey. Any decisions about potential refunds or other arrangements will be made at the restaurant’s discretion based on your order’s status and their policies. Refund requests, if considered, must be made by the restaurant through our help desk and can take up to 15 days to process.

I selected the wrong restaurant. Can I pick up my order at a different location?

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it will only be prepared at the chosen restaurant. Please confirm that you’ve selected the correct restaurant before paying. If you go to a different location, your order will not be available there.
