Over the past several months, Long John Silver’s has introduced new products and special offers to its menu of seafood, chicken, and tasty sides and desserts that emphasize a commitment to quality and affordability as part of its evolution to become a more contemporary, relevant seafood brand. New offerings include the Ciabatta Jack Fish or Chicken Sandwich and Dippin’ Fish Strips in addition to baked options including cod and shrimp. In February, the company unveiled a multi-pronged campaign encouraging Americans to “Think Fish” and brought back Norway Lobster Bites, a fan-favorite that hadn’t been seen since 2009, just in time for Lent.
