Long John Silver’s Unveils New Branding Leading into National Convention

 

LOUISVILLE, Ky. September 26, 2016– Long John Silver’s plans to unveil a new logo and other branding elements at this week’s national convention in Louisville, Ky. The nation’s largest quick-service seafood restaurant’s convention will be Tuesday and Wednesday at the Marriott Downtown, where more than 400 franchisees and corporate leaders will be in attendance. 

 

 

“Long John Silver’s was founded in Kentucky and is headquartered in Louisville,” said CEO James O’Reilly. “We are excited to unveil our new brand image this week in Louisville and bring it to life early next year.”

“We are anxious to show our Long John Silver’s family the refreshed brand image and share our excitement for the future,” said Marilyn Nicholson, Vice President of Marketing, Media & Promotions. “We have a new uniform fashion show lined up for convention, with our television spokesperson Kenneisha Thompson as a model and a mock restaurant assembled with the new branding to give franchisees a sneak peek at the future.”

In addition to the new brand unveiling, the national convention will include multiple awards to franchise and corporate members, an exclusive gala and the awarding of the first Jim Patterson Founder’s award.
